If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency selected at checkout, including monthly or annual renewals.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly if changes occur. If your payment method fails, your access may be paused, limited, or canceled until payment is successfully processed.

For recurring memberships:

  • Monthly plans renew automatically every month unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Annual plans renew automatically every year unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account, subscription portal, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Your purchases are subject solely to our Refund Policy. Because SMART VOLUME FLOW is a digital product, membership, and access-based service, refunds may be limited once access has been granted or digital delivery has begun.

SMART VOLUME FLOW is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce and related Services to you. However, any purchase you make through this store is made directly with SMART VOLUME FLOW, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, membership, access, or use of SMART VOLUME FLOW.

12. Intellectual Property
