Because Smart Volume Flow is a digital product and community-based access service, all purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted.
We do not accept returns for digital products, memberships, subscriptions, educational content, community access, live sessions, or any other intangible goods delivered electronically.
If you experience a billing issue, duplicate charge, or technical problem preventing access to the service, please contact us at crmacademyus@gmail.com and we will review your case.
Subscription cancellations
If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

If you do not receive access or experience a verified technical issue on our side, please contact us at crmacademyus@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital products
- Community memberships
- Subscription fees already billed
- Educational materials
- Live session access
- Downloadable or streamed content
- Sale or promotional purchases
- Gift cards, if applicable
Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
European Union consumers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights regarding digital services. However, by purchasing and accessing Smart Volume Flow immediately after checkout, you acknowledge and agree that the service begins immediately and that, where permitted by law, your right of withdrawal may be lost once digital access or service delivery has started.
